When I went to buy a house in Camas, I had a realtor and was in negotiations to go under contract. The house was a beautiful 1910 remodel but I had a few concerns and casually mentioned them to Ryan to get his advice. We decided to go see the house and when we walked through it, he pointed out a number of concerning issues with the property. I decided to walk away from the home and am very thankful I did.
