Ryan was calm through the whole thing. He listened to my concerns and my needs, acknowledged what was important to me while still giving critical feedback, and always followed through. His direct communication was something I really appreciated, especially since my partner and I would send him… a lot, and I mean A LOT, of listings. And for me at least… I’m always going to consult my dads when making a major purchase. That was something I valued highly throughout our partnership. All in all, as someone who can get overwhelmed and has a lot of questions, he was there for me from the start. He never made me feel like a burden or just some client. This guy is good at his job, and I’ll never use anyone else.
